Pepper Park Beach Park

South Beach Boardwalk

Walton Rocks Beach

Unguarded untouched beach, bathrooms and showers, lots of parking, good
fishing, and picnic tables with cover. St. Lucie County’s only DOG Friendly
Beach.
Waveland Beach

Heathcote Botanical Gardens

Heathcote Botanical Gardens began in 1985 as an effort to save an important
green space in an area of increasing urbanization. This valuable foresight
is especially appreciated today as our region continues to develop. The
gardens have been refined over the years and continue to grow with expansion
plans now on the horizon.

A St. Lucie County environmental learning center dedicated to educational
programs that foster an awareness and appreciation of the natural world,
an understanding of ecosystems and sustainability, and a sense of stewardship
toward Florida and all its inhabitants.
Savannas State Preserve
Walton Road, Port St. Lucie

The preserve provides a glimpse of the largest remaining fresh water
marsh on the east coast of Florida. It offers a multi-use trail for hiking,
bicycling, and horseback riding. This area is ideal for wildlife viewing
and anoeing. November through April interpretive activities, guided canoe
and walking trips are conducted.

Large Pavilion with 4 picnic and grills. Wedding gazebo, restrooms, Playground
and 2 tennis courts no equipment is provided.
Riverwalk
Along the Indian River Lagoon on North Indian River Drive, behind Seven
Gables House Visitor Center. Popular site for special events. No electricity.
No restroom facilities.
